Change summary not listed for resources being modified starting in v0.12

Up until version 0.12, when modifications occur during the apply command, the resources changes that prompt the resource to be modified were listed out below the console entry stating that it was being modified. As of 0.12, these change summaries no longer appear, and for the life of me I can't find anything in the changelogs or documentation stating this is intended. If this change is intentional, can you please link me to an area that calls that out as part of the changelog, and if there's a way set a parameter to optionally turn that info back on, can I get a link to that as well?

Expected Behavior

Resource attribute modifications are listed underneath entries indicating something is being modified.

Actual Behavior

The attribute modifications are missing

Steps to Reproduce

Apply changes to a resource using v0.11 of terraform, then apply the changes again using v0.12
