If you try and start fedora with a :private_network, it will fail saying the 'p7p1 device doesn't exist'. Fixed with changing device to eth.

This fixes the problem that #971 attempted to fix and probably in the right way. The RedHat template also uses eth instead of p7p.

@mitchellh Fedora networking is currently hosed and has been for a while. It looks like this patch may fix it.

@mitchellh Friendly bump. Looks like this didn't make it into yesterday's release of 1.2.3, any chance it can be pulled in for the next release?

#1997 does fix it, for fedora 20 at least!
