This PR adds a route for ldap roles as well as a page component and an error route for the ldap engine. Additional error handling was added in the adapter since roles are fetched from different endpoints depending on type (static or dynamic). The partial error info (when only one request fails) can be conditionally enabled through the adapter options. Since the roles card component on the overview route only shows the total number of roles created it was deemed by design that surfacing the partial error is less helpful in that scenario.
