This folder contains scripts used in Employing active learning in the optimization of culture medium for mammalian cells by Takamasa Hashizume, Yuki Ozawa and Bei-Wen Ying.
The chemical component concentrations (mM) of the medium and the A450 obtained from the culture experiments are listed.
Scripts are provided for building GBDT model, generating artificial data, predicting artificial data using GBDT model, and selecting culture media.
Scripts are provided for calculating the feature importances.
