There is a new version of bytestring out there but this package does not support it. Would it be hard to bump this version bound?

Because of

we can only have bytestring-0.11 for GHC >= 8. Just revising the upper bound to <0.12 will introduce build errors with GHC 7.
However, I can release a new version that allows bytestring-0.11 conditionally on GHC >= 8.

- Haskell-CI for GHC 7.4 - 9.2
- Fix #1: allow `bytestring-0.11` for GHC >= 8.
- Relax bounds on `base` and `tasty`.
