cabal install cabal-install doesn't update symlink on mac

Apologies if this has already been reported -- I tried searching and wasn't sure if it was or not.

When I updated cabal per its instructions I noticed that it placed the new binary at /Users/phunt/Library/Haskell/ghc-7.6.3/lib/cabal-install-1.20.0.3/bin/cabal but didn't update the symlink on my path at /Users/phunt/Library/Haskell/bin/cabal. I would imagine that this would lead to bad things in the future so I did it manually.
