There is some stuff that is unnecessary (such as haskell-language-server --probe-tools since it is included in the standard verbosity), also we are using an old ISSUE_TEMPLATE format, according to github

Migrate tests for position mapping from DAML repository (#388)

Given that the code for this lives in ghcide it makes no sense for the
tests to be part of the DAML repository.
