Releasing 2.7.0.2

I changed this to 2.7.0.2, since 2.7.0.1 is already out. There may be some argument that changing error messages should be in a minor release, not a point release, since our reliance on IOException requires string munging of the actual errors for any specialized catching (this should be discouraged, but it is a fact of life).
