"Open Web UI" doesn't load "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"

Problem/Motivation

"Open Web UI" doesn't load "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". First time install and have never been able to access the UI.

Local IP and remote produce the same behavior. Home Assistant is exposed via CloudFlare: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXAwT9N-7Hw

Edit: I had my port forwarding setup wrong

Added IP and port to "Additional Hosts" in Cloudflared add-on
