Replace apollo-cli by Rover in export-graphql-schema.rst

Description

The apollo service:* commands are deprecated. It is now advised by Apollo to use their Rover CLI tool instead. I updated the documentation accordingly.

The apollo command line utility is also broken on many NodeJs installations, while Apollo Rover works as expected.

     • Change in treatment of null value for any input fields

  3. Logging

     • Log JSON schema has changed
     • Log type names have changed
