Describe the PR

Fix nRF race condition with easyDMA, checkout Linux CDC (/dev/ttyACM*) <=> TinyUSB on nRF52 freezes with too much data adafruit/Adafruit_TinyUSB_Arduino#127 for detail and reproducing steps.
[tested] Correct the inconsistent behavior in video_capture as well
[tested] also help with bulk pasting code extremely flaky on nRF adafruit/circuitpython#3152
