Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Activate "Never suspend pinned tabs" checkbox in configuration
  2. Pin a tab.
  3. On a new tab, open contextual menu with secondary clic and select "Suspend others" option.

Specs:
Browser: Mozilla Firefox 73.0 (64 bits)
O.S: Ubuntu 19.10 (64 bits); Gnome 3.34.2
