Haven Protocol v3.2.1 Hot Fix
This is the first second release from the new Haven Protocol developers.
Critical Vulnerability
A critical vulnerability has been discovered in the Monero codebase and an immediate update is required. For more information about this vulnerability please see this thread.
Hot Fix
@minerrocks identified on testnet that the incorrect PoW was used after the v4 hard fork. This fix has been applied in this version.
Governance Fee
The new Haven development team has replaced the old governance address with the new multi-signature address. As this requires a change in consensus, we will be forking to version 4 at block height 290587.
Updates to Testnet
Various fixes for testnet related are included in this release.
