How to convert mp3 format?

I already have FFMPEG running on my phone, I would want to convet all possible audio files to mp3.
I get an error :Encoder (codec id 86017) not found for output stream #0.0.
How can i install lame mp3 codec for ffmpeg?

you must buiid it into android's ffmpeg *.so
