I'm not familiar with the origins of this project, but it's on HaxeFoundation github and there's no specific team for this repository. Who is supposed to maintain it, i.e. handle issues and pull requests?

I wrote the original Parser and then from there people have been adding patches. Given the commit history @yanhick seems to be the de-facto maintainer, he should be given full commit rights and use this repo as the main repo if that's fine with him, that will help us promoting the tool.

I agree this is an interesting tool to promote, I saw @jgranick mention it
in it's latest OpenFL post.
I also intend to do a lightning talk about it at the WWX.
