Removes arbitrary timeout, instead waiting for helia1 to start listening on webrtc
Adds relay script
Adds basic http server

Open two terminals:

$ npm run relay

$ npm start

Then open the browser and away you go.


          use multiaddr-matcher to find webrtc address
