1、Does the current project support modifying rules for Thanos Ruler via API calls?
2、If it does not support currently, are there any plans to do so in the future?

Hello @fit2cloud-lijunzhang , thanks for the issue!
Currently, the project does not support rule management for Thanos Ruler through the API, as it does with Prometheus. I will look into possible integration with Thanos.
