This PR updates documentation links to use `/latest/` instead of version specific documentation, as it makes maintenance of this repository easier. It also prepares for th 5.5 release by updating the `hazelcast.version` property and using `cluster-routing` instead of `smart-routing` configuration on clients.

This PR should not be merged until 5.5 has been released!
We can merge the first part today if it was split into multiple PRs
Also looks like I missed this in #24 :(
