Will finally resolve #256.
I started by adding the current country code file from https://d-nb.info/standards/vocab/gnd/geographic-area-code_20191015.ttl and creating a tab-separated URI-to-label map with the added Pythoin script.
The map is no to be used in lobid-gnd. Also, @fsteeg, let me know if the map should look different.
