Updates:

  • Added TPS unit tests for basic functionality
  • Added CMakeLists.txt files for TPS unit tests, might have to be uncommented or modified later to build the project properly
  • Implemented TPS image registration algorithm, currently control points are hardcoded into the method, and the algorithm has been hardcoded to use the first image in each stack for 2D registration
  • Inverse of TPS matrix uses a work-around from existing pseudo-inverse method in the Matrix class
