Try the SIERRA.exe shortcut in the root directory.
If it doesn't work :
1°) It's sad :'( (I've had a hard time making that .exe work...)
2°) Launch the run.bat file in the root directory
To run the unit tests, launch the /code/run_tests.bat batch file. It will create a log file in the same directory.
