Thanks for your contribution! I'm hesitating to merge this in due to the use of LAYER_TYPE_SOFTWARE which slows down drawing dramatically. Please have a look at #50 for discussing this. |

Closing this for the outlined reasons and because Version 2.2.0 brings support for elevation, details in #50. |
