Enhancements for watchfolders

• Enable archive extraction: If a zip file is dropped in a watchfolder, may extract it and process all its files.
• Keep source: add an option for copy source file with transcoded files (can change Delete post-op by Move-to-dest post-op).
• Windows copy process is can do a false positive (file is detected and invalid, during it's copy). ffmpeg return "Device or ressource busy". Maybe create a Reader for check validity ?
