Make cheating while examing online harder

first you need to run python3 init.py then register -> python3 register.py

then run python3 main.py to try it

I have make a packedge helper_functions that have the functions in main.py and initiate some variables so i can use it in the web application

the first try to emped it in a web application is to emit 1 frames per 0.1second to the servers and it was so slow you can check it in app.py

the second try is to download a video every 0.5 minuit but it still not working proberly you can check it in app_with_buffer.py
