This endpoint can be used to configure the frontend to e.g. don't render the Logs button when DSD doesn't gather logs
This adds the posibility of hiding named service statues in the main dashboard which you might find distracting, e.g. 'shutdown'. This is controlled by the 'DSD_HIDE_SERVICE_STATES' env-variable.

This PR builds on #420 adding the possibility of hiding service states by name.
I'm contemplating of this should be an internal setting either on the main dashboard itself (like the row/col switch) or in the settings menu with defaults from the env-variable.
