Docker + Bootstrap + RoR testing bench

• Ruby version
  2.7.4

• System dependencies
  Including :
  Ruby(by rbenv)
  Nodejs(by asdf)
  rbenv and asdf is awesome btw.
  
  Including Rubygems:
  globalid, bundler, passanger, rails, bootstrap(versions are specified on Dockerfile)
  
  There is nodejs on the Dockerfile configureation, but i "really" don't know if it's necessary(execpt for js runtime).

• Configuration
  Dockerfile is my config!(Sorry for lack of details...)

• Services (job queues, cache servers, search engines, etc.)
  No services. Just for testing out what these(RoR, bootstarp, etc...) could do.
  Another version will be forked in the future if i have an idea of something.

• Deployment instructions
  Will be uploaded soon. Sorry again, i'm just not fimiliar with docker.
