About Joint Fine-Tuning Method

I read your paper "Joint fine tuning in deep neural networks for facial expression recognition"
I want to implement the joint fine tuning method what you described in your paper section 3.5.2
I scanned your code but I couldn't find the implementing part of linear fully connected network for joint fine-tuning method
Can you help me to understand that part in your source code?

Hello, I looked through the code and found that the code only used the CIFAR-10 data set?

Three data sets CK+, Oulu-CASIA and MMI are used in this paper "Joint fine tuning in deep neural networks for facial expression recognition"
