We tried importing users using your plugin, but unfortunately it didn't work, can you please assist how can we solve this issue.

Hi.

What do you mean by

importing users using your plugin

The plugin is intended to be used to authenticate users against an LDAP. Every authenticated user is then also copied – and kept in sync – after a login.

The plugin is not intended to batch-import all users from LDAP to WordPress.
