In a nutshell, there are scripts that assume 7-bit resolution parameter for REAPER control actions. ReaLearn doesn't work well with them, since it only assumes 14-bit resolution. It would be workable if ReaLearn provides a checkbox to choose 7-bit resolution when invoke REAPER action is chosen.
