[4.x] Updates version of Micronaut libraries #7553

Description

  • Updates version of Micronaut libraries. The new Micronaut core library depends on Snakeyaml 2.0. Micronaut data 3.4.3 is the highest release version we can use without bringing unwanted javax dependencies.
  • Does not exclude the validation API to avoid class not found exceptions in simple Micronaut tests.
  • PR [4.x] Update Micronaut libraries #7541
