Description

Updates to MP upgrade guide.

  • Upgrade is from 3.x (not 4.x)
  • Remove double listing of specifications. Make sure the second group (with spec links) includes everything that was in first group (that have been deleted)
  • Remove section on metrics dependencies because those aren't needed for MP (they are brought in by the helidon microprofile metrics support)
  • "Smallrye" -> "Jandex"
  • Mention Java package name change for testing
  • Add section on log handler change
