The core developers have released Validator v1.5.5. This is a critical update. Please update to this new release without delay.

If you're a current member of the Consensus Group, first check miner hbbft queue and see if the table is empty/missing other members. If it is, run miner eval 'miner_consensus_mgr ! timeout.'. This will accelerate the network's ability to produce blocks.
