helix-view does not have a serde feature, but is referenced in cfg_attr

So far helix-view crate does not seem to have a serde feature.

error: Package `helix-view v0.6.0` does not have feature `serde`. It has a required dependency with that name, but only optional dependencies can be used as features.

but, serde feature is referenced in #[cfg_attr(feature = "serde")]
