QTerminal tabs are not shown

QTerminal can open new tabs, but they are not shown in the GUI.
Why?

unset QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME does not change this, so it is not our stylesheet that is at fault.

Use the View menu.

If you can set the relevant preference in a skeleton, please do so.

There's a comparable preference in Konsole:

• the window in the background comprises four tabs.

With the tab bar hidden: use Control-Page Up and Control-Page Down to navigate.

Uh. Discoverability fail! But thanks for the explanation. I would never have understood why anyone would want this. (Things like this are what makes open source products "hard to use" for "mere mortals"... especially if the defaults are wrong.)
