The primary change in this PR is to use _CMD variables for: AIRFLOW__CORE__SQL_ALCHEMY_CONN_CMD, AIRFLOW__CELERY__RESULT_BACKEND_CMD, and AIRFLOW__CELERY__BROKER_URL_CMD.
