Fixes the issue I was experiencing in #1580
It seems like the
fogadapter for Carrierwave was working fine for images persisted in a database column, but not those persisted inAppSettings. I added a function to theAppSettingsmodel to populate anUploaderobject with the URL stored in the database, and then retrieve the fullurlfrom theUploader
