This is very desirable because of many dependencies. Will look into some projects to learn from.

Since a github release and PYPI release is required, I am releasing it and implement it.

Well, I just realized it is not required. The user's who use Jupyter notebooks will already have everything except markdown which is very non interfering package, so it is completely useless.

However I may look into making a custom installer that just installs in a virutal environment and adds the script to the path to make it globally accessible 👍

Well the custom installer is completed and two commands 'update' and 'uninstall' are added for custom installation management.
