#5952) As the work on hendrikmuhs/ccache-action#178 and hendrikmuhs/ccache-action#179 has stalled roll back all usages to the previous version for now. This prevents the steps from running into a 2 minutes timeout.

I am proud to see the many many users of this project. I started it to solve my needs. Great that so many others find this useful.
However, being the single point of failure for critical? infrastructure is kind of worrisome. As it became so big, I asked github to takeover:
