Add useStateChange prop to track spinner state. This enables possibility to disable a confirm button until the wheels has stopped spinning (inline mode). Fixes onDateChange fires too slow, waits until animation is fully complete #340
Auto disables confirm button in modal mode until the wheels have stopped spinning. Fixes Switching between AM and PM does not return the new time unless Confirm is pressed for a couple of seconds #773
