Request to add feature that message box pops up when writing to remote server fails

Hello,

I would like to request to add a feature: when connection is lost or writing to remote server gets failed, pop up a message box or give some message at the bottom of Sublime Text window?

Currently there is no warning for such a scenario:
Sublime Text 3 + macOS 10.13
