Maintenance Mode Plugin

Plugin for OJS/OMP/OPS 3.x that allows Maintenance Mode

Usage

1. Install and enable the plugin.
2. In your root installation folder, create the file .maintenance

In every request, if .maintenance file exists, the message "Currently this system is under maintenance!" will be display.
