This repository provides the methodology and data accompanying the manuscript 'When are pathogen genome sequences informative of transmission events?' submitted to PLOS Pathogens. To load the data, run the simulations yourself or recreate the figures from the manuscript, open the 'script.R' file in R and follow the instructions in the file.
