Patch 3.1

This is the last patch and update to this project, I might remake it in another programming language or just make a simple CMD script, but not update this one, cause the code is a bit weird a quite chaotic.

Changelog:

• Played a bit with the UI (only a bit)
• Bumped electron to 8.2.4
• Added checking if scraper is already running before scraper starts
• Changed downloaded chapters to downloaded pages because it should be more accurate (when the number stops changing it should be done)
• removed some useless console logs so it does not spam the console all the time
