At some point the default parameter for prefetch was changed from False to True in requests. This change was causing logs(tail=True) to never return. This forces prefetch to be False and the logs get call.

A couple comments. It seems like there is compatibility issues with this patched version of heroku.py and requests. So I had to had to peg the requirement to requests==0.14.2

But now, it seems to grab only the first 100 rows -- then hangs.

Anyone else run into this?
