Added wilbur options

The zip contains 3 folders:

• gospl, containing tools for use with gospl (including the upload folder of files to upload into docker)
• wilbur, containing tools for use with wilbur
• general, containing tools that might be useful with either approach (basically just the initial sketch for now)

Changes:

• Added (variably functional) options for scale, endorheic basins, lakes, and glacial erosion to wilberosion, with new epasta.cfg file for settings.

gospl setup fix

The zip contains 3 folders:

• Tweaked second cell in erosion.ipynb to properly find inputparser.py anywhere in the "live" folder

Wilberosion hotfix

Changes:

• switched wilberosion startup hotkey from ctrl-s to ctrl-p to avoid conflict with wilbur's save hotkey
