Change Detection Sample Picker

This is a remote sensing change detection sample picking program

You may need these libraries to run the program: ###numpy ###pandas ###scikit-image ###PyQt5

MainFrame.py is the entrance of the program.

#Workflow: ##1. Create a new project ##2. Pick up whether the samples generated by random are the same type or not ##3. Save your project ##4. All the sample locations are saved in a sqlite3(.db) file
