PONG replies with no source are ignored #2738

eg.

[00:35:08] * PONG :LAG1664559708739
[00:35:38] * No ping reply for 200 seconds, disconnecting.

This is not an issue when the server sends :server. PONG :xxx instead of PONG :xxx; but both as valid because the source is always optional.

This works around an issue where HexChat doesn't parse the PONG as expected and times out the connection: hexchat/hexchat#2738
