Оказалось, что файлы index.jsx игнорировались линтером.
Update eslint&plugins
Обновил eslint и плагины для него до последних версий, добавил недостающие плагины в workspace frontend

Пофиксил настройки линетра. Теперь файлы index.jsx, проверяются. Плюс ошибки форматирования теперь тоже отображаются в выводе линтера (prettier работает как плагин к eslint)
