This documentation describes how to use the Language Pack Editor to create new localizations for Hex Editor Neo's user interface or to update existing localizations.

Language Pack Editor is a simple application that greatly simplifies the process of localizing Hex Editor Neo. While localized strings are stored in plain XML files for simplicity of version control, it is not recommended to edit them manually. Language Pack Editor provides easy visual notification of completeness of translation and also has a Find function.
We recommend you to check the following Microsoft Language Portal for translation of common terms. This web site allows you to type the common term in English, select the language and see how it is translated in various Microsoft products:
