[ 需求 ]数据库审核-添加规则页面易用性改进 #76

添加规则页面能否将规则详细sql或mongo的sql展示出来，方便理解内置或现有的规则，更好地完成新的规则编写。
目前看到现有的规则提示页面，太过于抽象，很难按需顺利编写出想要的新规则。
同时，一开始不熟悉新规则的情况下，很容易错误编写并提交通过，能否顺带支持删除功能？
